Abstract:

In view of the uncertainty and fuzziness of the parameters of the evaluation for transformer oil-paper insulation condition, an evaluation model based on fuzzy matter element and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is proposed for the oil-paper insulation condition. Firstly, the characteristics were extracted by equivalent circuit parameters, return voltage method and polarization depolarization current method respectively. The index system of transformer oil-paper insulation condition evaluation is accordingly established. Secondly, the fuzzy value is calculated by the preferred subjection degree of the characteristics, which is represented by fuzzy matter element. Then, the combination weight coefficient of the characteristics is determined from the subjective and objective aspects respectively by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method. Lastly, using TOPSIS method, the oil-paper insulation condition is evaluated by assessing the closeness degree of the transformer and the positive ideal solution. The results show the objectivity and accuracy of the proposed model for transformer oil-paper insulation condition evaluation. © 2018, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
