Abstract：
文章针对城市化进程中出现的农村人口养老问题,以＂互联网+＂时代为大背景;基于医养结合模式,以小学、农村祠堂、敬老院等建筑为核心;以智慧建筑、智能人居为手段;以网络为纽带;以平潭县流水镇磹水村为项目试点对农村养老进行研究,并提出切实可行的、具有普适性和可操作性的方法.
