Automatic edge detection in B-mode echocardiography

Abstract:

This paper proposes some new methods of dynamic programming with crosswise decision process and sequential pattern recognition. Using the motion information inherent in the cardiac structures from frame to frame, the new methods may detect and separate automatically the endocardium and epicardium in two-dimensional echocardiography.some new methods of dynamic programming with crosswise decision process and sequential pattern recognition were proposed.
