Abstract：

In　the　presence　of　a　strong　organic　base　1,8-diazabicyclo　[5,　4,　0]　undec-7-ene　(DBU),　manganese　(II)　phthalocyanine　was　synthesized　effectively　by　heating　phthalonitrite　with　manganese　chloride　in　some　diols.　The　effect　was　studied　on　the　yield　and　pieces　of　synthesis　products　in　different　solvents.　Lability　of　different　valence　satate　manganese　phthalocyanine　was　also　discussed　in　some　alcohol　solvents.
