Abstract:
为实现主动配电网(ADN)中风、光分布式发电(DG)的充分消纳,促进储能装置及柔性负荷等可控资源的高效利用,提出基于源网荷的双层两阶段优化调度.日前双层优化调度阶段上层为有功优化调度,下层为将DG作为无功输出源的无功优化调度,采用二进制混沌蝙蝠算法进行求解;实时调度阶段采用改进数据流在线分割的超短期预测,对日前调度方案进行实时修正.最后,采用修改后的IEEE-33节点系统作为算例,验证了调度方案的有效性.
