Abstract：

The　chemiluminescent　properties　of　10,10′-dimethyl-9,9′-biacridine(DMBA)　,　2,2′-disulfo9,　9′-biacridinium　dinitrate　(　DSBADN　),　10,10′-dimethyl-2,　2′-disulfo-9,　9′-biacridine　(DMDSBA),　10,10′-dimethyl-9,　9′-biacridinium　dinitrate　(DMBADN)　have　been　studied.　The　chemiluminescent　intensity　of　10,10′-dimethyl-2,2′-disulfo-9,9′-biacridine　is　the　greatest　one　in　the　biacridine　derivatives　obtained　so　far,　its　chemiluminescence　intensity　is　22　time　as　strong　as　that　of　lucigenin.　Some　relationships　between　structures　and　properties　of　those　biacridine　derivatives　have　been　discussed.
