Abstract：

In　order　to　adapt　to　the　era　of　information,　network　and　intelligent　of　modern　industrials,　a　practical　and　new　designing　method　of　PLC　hierarchical　control　system　is　proposed.　The　initial　practice　shows　that　this　method　is　feasible　and　has　a　consulting　value　with　the　technical　reform.
