Abstract：
Based on the feature of modern distance education, this paper puts forward a network based teaching platform which integrates network technology, intelligence technology, multimedia technology and supports computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL). The paper also discusses in details the design of intelligent teaching model and collaborative learning mechanism based on this network teaching platform.
