Abstract:

In this paper, ceria electrolytes were fabricated by gel-casting technique. The effects of dispersant, pH value, and solid loading of slurries for gel process on the stability and viscosity of slurries were investigated. The microstructure and impedance behaviors of electrolytes have been studied. The conductivity of electrolytes produced by gel-casting attains to 0.18S.cm-1.
