Abstract:

This paper combines the characteristics of windshield glass production process and compares various intelligent algorithms. It proposes to start from the windshield parallel multi-machine manufacturing process and establish the simulation unit of windshield manufacturing process. The method considers the windshield manufacturing process. The sequence of the process and the factors affecting the tempo of each process are transformed into genomic information. This paper establishes a simulation model of the two-chrome parallel multi-machine production line to optimize the scheduling of the windshield. This method increases the production efficiency of the windshield manufacturing process while achieving line balance with minimal processing time. Based on the Plant Simulation simulation platform, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by optimizing the production line of parallel multi-machine. © 2018 IEEE.
