Abstract：
The Agent-based simulation is introduced in this paper in view of the complexity of industrial cluster system. The micro-mechanism of enterprises knowledge overflow in industrial cluster is analyzed, and then the enterprises knowledge overflow is simulated based on Agent. According to the simulation, the positive and negative effects of enterprises knowledge overflow in industrial cluster are analyzed. ©2009 IEEE.
