Abstract:
This paper introduce the technology of electromotor control and protective electrical appliance intelligent, using the artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) which is based on genetic algorithm to optimize the calculate of the intelligent ac contactor. According to the result of optimization design, we have made a showpiece, after the test and experimentation of the prototype; finally we got results as follow: firstly, the disjunction time of the ac contactor has been largely reduced. Secondly, the stability of the breaking time of the three-phase terminals has been greatly improved. Thirdly, the reliability of zero-current breaking also has been obviously enhanced. Controllable and protective appliance can optimize the control of the ac contactor during the period of start process, close process and break process. Especially, when we use zero-current breaking technology, we realized the three-phase contact terminals break with little arc, besides, the electromotor protector included these protective function characters such as: overvoltage, under- voltage, blocked, overload, unbalanced, lose phase and etc. It can display the time of the line voltage and the three phase current of the electromotor and it can realize intercommunication with the host computer. ©2010 IEEE.
