Abstract:

This paper starts with the ecological corridor analysis, and then demonstrates that the traditional methods didn't discuss about this in land consolidation. Through adopting the related landscape pattern model and other methods in analyzing the pattern of land consolidation area, the study used the length, width, area of ecological corridor for representing spatial structure feature and connectivity. It take the Yanxingzhou, Langqi Island of Fuzhou as the study plots, and take remote sensing and GIS technology as the foundation, to analyze the land consolidation corridor and its ecological effects. The result shows us that the natural canals have the better ecological effectiveness in transferring energy, spices and other materials. In contrary, the artificial canals are not very connective. The network of the ecological corridors in this land consolidation area is very simple and has a low connectivity. © 2011 IEEE.
