We　propose　a　multiple　impairments　monitoring　technology　based　on　RF　spectrum　analysis.　It　can　realize　5-35dB　OSNR,　45　ps/nm　CD　and　12.5　ps　PMD　monitoring　simultaneously　and　independently.　Asia　Communications　and　Photonics　Conferene　(ACP)　©　OSA　2016
