Abstract:
This paper attempts to present a concise review of the research done around parametric fault diagnosis methods for power electronic circuits, including model-based, knowledge-based, signal-based and other emerging fusion methods. Comments on the advantages and constraints of various methods, are also given. Finally, combined with the bottlenecks faced by the current parametric fault diagnosis field of power electronic circuits, the new trends of future research in this field are discussed. © 2019 IEEE.
