Abstract:

Recently, to dispose of emergency decision making (EDM) problems, the TODIM technique is introduced, which capable to describe the decision-maker (DM)'s psychological behaviors. Moreover, hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set becomes an instrumental means to deliver no determinacy of EDM problems. In the current study, based on Choquet integral, a novel method about extends TODIM is put forward to handle the EDM situations. To achieve goal of the current study, some functions for calculating the gain and loss are delimited. Then taking into account the plan selector's loss aversion, in the light of combine the corresponding gains and losses, the perceived dominance degree is obtained. Besides, the ranking results of alternatives are given by the overall perceived dominance degree. At the end of this paper, the current research approach is proved by a case. © 2019 IEEE.
