Abstract:

The dynamic characteristics including natural vibration frequency, mode of vibration and damping of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridges are analyzed with the results of dynamic tests and finite element calculations of several bridges. The characteristics of seismic response behavior are discussed. Some suggestions on the dynamic research of the CFST arch bridges are presented.
