In　this　paper,　a　new　model　adopting　role　theory　for　essentials　of　CVE　was　presented　and　called　RACVE,　which　was　divided　into　two　parts.　First,　a　fundamental　part　for　RACVE　was　proposed,　which　describes　static　relations　among　basic　collaborative　essentials.　Especially,　two　time-correlated　concepts,　Intelligent　Entity　in　Running　State　and　Collaborative　Federation,　were　proposed.　To　represent　time　factor　explicitly　as　fourth　dimension　and　satisfy　4D　and　real-time　requirements,　Based　on　the　fundamental　part,　a　Fuzzy-Timing　Petri　Nets　formal　modeling　technique　was　employed　to　expand　the　fundamental　part　to　describe　dynamic　state　transition　of　all　essential.　An　application　of　RACVE　essential　model　to　concurrent　manipulation　of　collaborative　object　was　given　in　this　paper.
