Abstract：
The adsorption of HBS lignin, HBS lignin phenol, HBS lignin amine and lignin resin with bromelain and papain were studied. The results showed that the four kinds adsorbent of lignin were able to absorbed bromelain and papain, the adsorption abilities of amine and phenol derivatives of HBS lignin were better than HBS lignin and lignin resin. The activities of the bromelain and papain were kept a certain degree after the adsorption. The HBS lignin derivatives could be used as new concentrate absorbents of bromelain and papain or new carriers in bromelain and papain immobilization.
