Abstract:
In the current power flow calculation for radial distribution networks, current node numbering schemes of some algorithms are relatively complex. So they aren't suitable for changing the running modes of radial distribution networks and the implementation of procedure; on the other hand, influences of storage structure on power flow calculation speed for radial distribution networks aren't taken into account. To overcome these shortcomings, the paper proposes a node numbering scheme and a method that transforms nonlinear storage structure into linear storage structure. At last, this paper brings forward a mathematical model for radial distribution networks, and proposes a novel method named forward sweeping method of power flow calculation for radial distribution systems, merits has been shown as follows: high reliability of convergence, high speed of convergences, little iterative time every time, little EMS memory, simpleness of programme and so on. Tests show that it is a practical method for power flow calculation for radial distribution networks.
