A　three-dimensional　thermal-structural　coupling　model　is　estabished,　which　considers　the　combined　influences　of　moving　heat　source,　elasticity　of　disc　and　pad,　and　heat　flow　coupling.　By　using　the　ANSYS　software,　the　contact　pressure　distribution　on　the　contact　interface　of　the　disc　bake　is　calculated　under　three　different　loads.　Numerical　results　show　that　the　baking　contact　pressure　distribution　is　nonuniform　and　dependent　on　many　factors,　such　as　the　distortion　of　the　disc　and　the　pad,　the　friction　force　and　the　thermal-structural　coupling　load.
