Abstract:

Based on the analysis of application integration and its development, a service-oriented framework for geospatial application integration is proposed and established. The framework consists of Web application layer, service integration layer, service layer and UDDI et al. These layers are corresponding to geospatial information integration, geospatial information service integration and geospatial information application integration respectively. The integration solution for legacy systems is proposed from data-level and business-level. Integration solution for geospatial service chaining and composition is also addressed. It can be categorized into Series model, parallel model and hybrid model, which settles the two key issues of geospatial application integration.
