Abstract:
A circuit topology with a Buck mode active clamped circuit of the single-stage bi-directional flyback mode inverter with high frequency link was proposed in this paper. The circuit topology, the output voltage instantaneous feedback control strategy, steady principle characteristics, and the design criteria for the key circuit parameters were fully investigated in this paper. The circuit topology is composed of two identical bi-directional flyback DC-DC converters with the same input and output filters. Two converters in parallel at the input-end and in series at the output-end separately generate uni-polarity sinusoidal pulse width modulation current waveforms. And the two converters output positive and negative half cycle uni-polarity PWM current waveforms. Using the proposed circuit topology, successfully designed and implemented 750 VA 48 VDC/220 V 50 HzAC prototype of the inverter has excellent performances such as the simple topology, single stage power conversion, high conversion efficiency, the simple control scheme, and good active clamped performances etc. © 2015 Chin.
