Abstract:

Based on the principles of repulsion and attraction between electromagnetic poles and the magnetic remanence of semi-hard magnetic alloy materials, a new intelligent AC contactor design method was proposed by a new contactor structure model which has following characteristics: controllable electromagnetic counter-force, remanence and double-coil. The three dimensional dynamic characteristics of the double-coils intelligent AC contactor were tested and analyzed by using the single camera vision technology. By analyzing the test results, the double-coils intelligent AC contactor can realize closing more rapidly, silently energy-saving retention and micro arc energy breaking. © 2016 Chin. Soc. for Elec.
