Abstract:

Under the mass customization mode, aiming at the multi-format information of the multi-objective production assignment problem, including intuitionistic fuzzy number, triangular fuzzy number, linguistic assessment and interval number, production assignment method is proposed. Firstly, a satisfaction evaluation index is built under the mass customization mode. Then, customer satisfaction and enterprise satisfaction are defined by computing the destination between different evaluation information and the negative ideal-solution, and the destination between the positive ideal- solution and the negative ideal-solution. Finally, a multi-objective production assignment optimization model is set up under the maximum customer satisfaction and enterprise satisfaction, and the result of production assignment is gained by saluting the production assignment optimization model. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. © 2017, Editorial Office of Control and Decision. All right reserved.
