According　to　Social　Cognitive　Theory,　behavior　is　closely　related　to　the　organization　cognition　of　green　technology.　This　paper　carries　out　an　empirical　research　to　study　the　relationship　between　the　cognition　and　adoption　behavior,　as　well　as　the　moderating　effect　of　green　innovation　policy　perception　on　cognition　an　adoption　behavior.　The　empirical　study　conclusions　are　as　follows:　(1)　Benefits　cognition,　subjective　norms　cognition　and　resources　&　ability　cognition　have　positive　influence　in　green　technology　adoption　behavior,　while　the　risk　cognition　acts　reversely;　(2)　The　green　innovation　policy　perception　has　a　significant　moderating　effect　on　the　relation　of　cognition　and　adoption　behavior.　Therefore,　attention　should　be　paid　to　the　green　technology　cognition　to　induce　green　adoption,　besides,　the　induction　of　the　positive　green　innovation　policy　perception　is　also　necessary　to　improve　green　performance　of　construction　industry.　©　2017　Taru　Publications.
