Abstract:

The modern industrial park has the characteristics of large power consumption, considerable number of sensitive equipment and high voltage level. In order to mitigate the huge financial losses due to voltage sags, and overcome the shortcomings of single measures, high cost and poor feasibility of existing control schemes, a comprehensive prevention and control scheme for voltage sag is proposed to coordinate control measures on the grid and user sides, and optimize the configuration of switching-type and compensation-type control equipment. Firstly, the performance and cost of the same and different types of control equipment on the user side are analyzed, and the cost model of each control equipment is established. Secondly, the reconstruction cost of transmission and distribution lines are modeled separately, and then the annual voltage sag times of the park after reconstruction is modeled. Finally, the objective function of the maximum net present value of comprehensive prevention and control scheme is established, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal configuration scheme of control equipment in the park. Through an example analysis of a modern industrial park, it is proved that the scheme can apply various control means comprehensively to improve the net present value of voltage sag control in the park, and has a good feasibility. © 2020 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
