In　the　light　of　popularization　of　interne　and　the　innovative　techniques　XBRL　and　Web　services　being　used　in　the　field　of　corporate　reporting　model　reform,　this　paper　expatiates　on　the　construction　of　XBRL　and　Web　Services　based　flexible　reporting　model　experiment　system　in　internet　environment.　The　paper　mainly　expounds　the　technological　framework　and　function　modules　of　the　experiment　system　on　the　basis　of　the　latest　corporate　reporting　model　research　results.
