Abstract:
Based on ACSI model, the customer loyalty of personal online banking combing with the amending target of ACSI was researched by establishing a personal internet banking customer loyalty drive model and analyzing empirically the impact of personal online banking key factor using of structural equation model. The empirical research shows that loyalty-driven model established in this paper has a high degree of fit. Meanwhile the path coefficients between each variable were achieved by empirical data.
