The　practical　course　is　of　great　significance　to　the　cultivation　of　practical　ability　of　law　students.　On　the　basis　of　critical　case　teaching　methods,　Yale　Law　School　has　created　legal　clinics.By　the　guidance　of　professional　instructors,　law　students　really　participate　in　the　real　case　for　the　legal　clinic　education　model　has　a　very　intuitive　practice.This　characteristic　has　the　incomparable　superiority　compared　with　the　case　teaching　method　and　the　law　practice.It　is　of　great　benefit　to　law　students　to　enhance　the　practical　ability　of　legal　practice　and　it　is　also　of　great　significance　to　realize　the　self　-　value　of　the　young　law　students.　Therefore,　China＇s　legal　vocational　education　is　necessary　to　add　this　course　as　a　required　course.
