In　the　previous　work　of　infrastructure　investment　project　in　China,　the　risk　management　is　a　very　weak　field.　In　the　whole　cycle　of　infrastructure　investment　project,　various　uncertain　factors　will　occur,　which　have　a　positive　or　passive　impact　on　realization　of　the　project　goal.　This　text　analyzes　and　assesses　quantitatively　various　potential　influence　through　an　analysis　of　project　risk.　Through　the　concern　about　the　uncertain　factor,　the　analysis　on　potential　risk,　the　announcement　on　influence　of　risk,　we　should　adopt　the　corresponding　countermeasure　in　order　to　reduce　its　adverse　effect　or　its　possibility　to　happen.
