Nowadays,　with　the　integration　of　global　economy,　the　increasing　dependence　among　enterprises　and　more　and　more　individualization　of　user　requirement,　the　former　competition　among　enterprises　becomes　that　among　SCs(supply　chains),　and　SCM(supply　chain　management)　is　becoming　more　and　more　important　as　a　new　completion　strategy　of　enterprise.　So　ASP　(application　service　provider)　model　gives　a　chance　to　practice　SC　&　SCM　for　enterprises　when　it　appearances,　especially　for　SMEs(small　and　medium　sized　enterprises)　which　want　to　concentrate　their.　resources　on　core　competitive　power　rather　than　IT(information　technology)　maintenance　and　management.　In　this　paper,　the　requirement　characteristics　for　die　&　mould　enterprises　are　analyzed,　the　method　is　put　forward　that　a　SC　based　on　ASP　model　for　die　&　mould　enterprises　should　be　constructed　and　used　to　realize　its　SCM.　Simultaneously,　the　detailed　completing　process　of　the　SC　for　die　&　mould　enterprises　and　the　architecture　of　the　ASP　common　service　platform　are　illustrated.
