This　paper　analyses　the　structural　characteristics　and　kinematics　feature　of　a　new　impulse　generator　structure,　establishes　the　relations　of　the　theoretical　curve　of　the　cam　outline,　swing　angle　of　rocker　and　dimension　of　link.　The　virtual　assembly　and　kinematics　simulation　of　the　impulse　generator　is　done　by　using　the　CAD　and　CAE　software,　which　verifies　the　output　angular　velocity　characteristic　of　rocking　bar.
