Beginning　with　the　actual　difficulties　faced　with　the　development　of　modem　science　and　technology　and　the　reflection　on　the　mode　of　traditional　science　and　technology,　this　thesis　will　put　forth　a　sustainable　development　theory　of　science　and　technology　that　meets　the　needs　of　our　time　so　as　to　apply　the　theory　of　self-organization　to　the　construction　of　the　mathematical　mode　of　sustainable　development　of　science　and　technology,　analyze　the　curve　and　development　stages　of　sustainable　development　of　science　and　technology　and　study　the　model　parameter　and　ideal　mode　of　sustainable　development　of　science　and　technology,　based　on　which　this　thesis　will　explore　the　realization　of　the　operative　mechanism　of　sustainable　development　of　science　and　technology.
