Abstract:
With the knowledge economy era, knowledge workers have been regarded as the intangible asset in an organization and played a leading role to support an organization's innovative competence; therefore, knowledge workers' capabilities of knowledge exploration and knowledge exploitation are expected to improve an organization's competitiveness. This study aims at analyzing the effect of knowledge exploration and knowledge exploitation on procedural justice. The population of the research consists of IT engineers in Taiwan with the sample size of 104 subjects who were selected based on convenience sampling. Data analysis was done using IBM SPSS 22. The results show that knowledge exploration is positively correlated to knowledge exploitation and organizational justice, and knowledge exploitation is positively correlated to organizational justice.
