Abstract:

On the basis of passive millimeter wave (MMW) detection principle, radiometer antenna temperature and output signal models were established. Armored target MMW radiant temperature in actual combat condition was computed and analyzed. The necessity for passive MMW stealth at the same time of radar stealth research, that is MMW radiation characteristics control, was pointed out.
