Abstract：
在高等教育改革持续深入的背景下，加强高校财务预算管理对于高校开展教学、科研和管理工作具有重要的保障作用。基于此，为了研究新时期高校在财务预算管理方面存在的问题及解决方法，本文采取文献资料分析、理论研究等方法，针对高校加强财务预算管理的重要性展开探讨，在此基础上研究部分高校在财务预算管理方面存在的问题，进而对其解决方法进行分析。
