Abstract:

本文从理论上概述了高浓度CO2气脱除H2s的可能性。经探索预选和利用L16(45)、L8(27)两个正交试验,初选出TF脱硫液吸收该酸性气体的最大影响因素PH值和重要催化剂Fe的浓度。进而测定其定量关系,得出pH值和Fe浓度同时影响H2S脱除率ηH2S和CO2吸收率ηco2的数学关联式:ηH2S=2.26(pH)1.73(Fe)0.032log(ηco2)=0.352(PH)-0.0766(Fe)-2.49指出TF脱硫精配制的脱硫液应用于脱除高浓度CO2气中H2S工艺可行,采用低pH值和适当高Fe浓度(pH=7.5 ̄8.0,Fe=2.0g/L)效果尤佳。
