Abstract：
研究了以三偏磷酸钠和磷酰氯为交联剂制成的凝胶淀粉。利用旋转式粘度计测出不同浓度条件下凝胶前、后该淀粉液的表观粘度随剪切速率的变化关系，从而研究其流变特性并得出其流变方程。
