在简要介绍环境污染问题的严重性和国内外研究视角的基础上 ,根据博弈论的基本原理 ,从环境的污染和治理两个方面分析博弈的决策和决策的均衡问题 ,并结合经济学原理 ,对结果加以分析讨论 ,提出一些防治污染的政策建议 .
