Abstract：
伴随着越来越多90后的大学生进入校园,高校中一些传统的管理方法已经无法解决当前发生的一些新问题。作为新生辅导员,如何抓住当前学生的新特点,如何更加有效地开展大学生的思想教育工作就显得尤为重要。
