科技型中小企业的发展在我国经济发展中起着重要作用,但由于自身的局限性,需要政府应用税收杠杆的调控来帮助其发展.而我国税收政策中又有一些不利于科技型中小企业发展的缺陷.因此,应借鉴国外先进经验,完善对科技型中小企业的税收政策,促进其发展.
